No. 8 Alabama held off No. 14 Missouri in a thrilling 27–24 win, securing its fifth straight victory and extending its all-time streak over the Tigers to seven games. Ty Simpson led the way for the Crimson Tide, throwing for 200 yards and three touchdowns — including a clutch fourth-down strike to Daniel Hill with just over three minutes remaining. Jam Miller added 85 rushing yards before leaving late with an injury, while Kevin Riley and Isaiah Horton also found the end zone.
Missouri showed plenty of fight, ending the night with pride despite seeing its 15-game home winning streak snapped. Beau Pribula delivered 167 yards passing, two touchdown throws, and another on the ground, leading a late rally that kept the Tigers within striking distance until the final minute. Donovan Olugbode caught two touchdowns, and Missouri’s defense forced key turnovers to stay in the battle. In the end, Alabama’s experience and timely execution sealed the game, while Missouri proved it can compete toe-to-toe with one of the nation’s elite.
